General Provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>This complaints procedure has been prepared in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, in particular:\n<ul>\n<li>Act No. 40\/1964 Coll. \u2013 Civil Code,  <\/li>\n<li>Act No. 250\/2007 Coll. \u2013 Consumer Protection Act,  <\/li>\n<li>Act No. 102\/2014 Coll. \u2013 Consumer Protection in Distance Selling Act.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>This complaints procedure governs the conditions and method of exercising consumer rights arising from defects in goods purchased through the Seller\u2019s e-shop.<\/li>\n<li>This complaints procedure applies exclusively to consumers \u2013 natural persons who do not act within the scope of their business activity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>3. Liability for Defects<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and have the characteristics agreed in the purchase contract or stated in the product description.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller is not liable for defects arising in particular from:\n<ul>\n<li>improper or incorrect use of the goods,<\/li>\n<li>use contrary to the instructions or intended purpose,<\/li>\n<li>normal wear and tear,<\/li>\n<li>mechanical damage after receipt of the goods,<\/li>\n<li>intervention by a third party or unprofessional modification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>4. Warranty Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The warranty period for consumers is <strong>24 months<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/li>\n<li>The warranty period begins on the day the consumer takes possession of the goods.<\/li>\n<li>Consumer rights arising from defects must be exercised within the warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>5. Making a Complaint<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The consumer may submit a complaint in writing, by post or by email to:<br \/><strong>Nizum s. r. o.<\/strong><br \/>Baka 40, 930 04 Baka<br \/>E-mail: <a href=\"mailto:info@virtualcockpit.eu\">info@virtualcockpit.eu<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The complaint should include in particular:\n<ul>\n<li>the consumer\u2019s full name,<\/li>\n<li>contact details,<\/li>\n<li>order number or proof of purchase,<\/li>\n<li>a description of the defect being claimed,<\/li>\n<li>the requested method of resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that the consumer attaches a copy of the proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>6. Complaint Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint without undue delay, no later than at the time it is submitted or electronically.<\/li>\n<li>The complaint will be resolved within <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date it is submitted.<\/li>\n<li>If the complaint is deemed valid, the Seller will provide:\n<ul>\n<li>repair of the goods,<\/li>\n<li>replacement of the goods,<\/li>\n<li>a reasonable price reduction, or<\/li>\n<li>a refund of the purchase price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The consumer will be informed about the method of complaint resolution by email or in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>7. Rejection of a Complaint<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A complaint may be rejected in particular if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the purchase of the goods from the Seller has not been proven,<\/li>\n<li>the defect was caused by the actions of the consumer or a third party,<\/li>\n<li>the defect arose due to normal wear and tear,<\/li>\n<li>the warranty period has expired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>8. Costs and Transport<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The consumer is obliged to ensure that the claimed goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transport.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller bears the costs associated with repair, replacement and return delivery of the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>9. Alternative Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body:<\/p>\n<p>Slovak Trade Inspection Authority<br \/>Bajkalsk\u00e1 21\/A, 827 99 Bratislava<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.soi.sk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.soi.sk<br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>10.
