How does the order process?
Product selection and ordering
In the store, select the make, model and generation of the vehicle. On the product page, check the model years and exceptions listed, add Virtual Cockpit to your cart and select only the accessories or installation you want. You then fill out shipping, payment and order in the cart.
Compatibility check
With each order, we check the model, year and available information about the vehicle's equipment. If we are not sure about something, we will contact you and fill in the necessary data together. In most cases, there is no need to deal with anything further and the order continues without delay.
Shipping or installation date
We will inform you about the shipment of the product. If the product is currently out of stock or the shipping date has changed, we will contact you in a timely manner with updated information. For professional installation, we will agree on a specific service centre and a suitable date with you.

CarPlay on one or two screens
Do you need MirrorBox?
MirrorBox is not a prerequisite for using CarPlay or Android Auto. The right solution depends on what screen you want to use your phone on and what radio you have in your vehicle.
You connect the phone directly to the Virtual Cockpit. You don't need MirrorBox. The sound can continue to play through the radio if it supports Bluetooth audio.
If the radio has CarPlay activated and you want to see its image also on Virtual Cockpit, you use MirrorBox. The phone remains connected to the radio and the MirrorBox transmits its image to the Cockpit.
If the radio provides HDMI or compatible video output, a direct cable connection is usually sufficient. You will most often use the HDMI cable and, depending on the radio, the USB/HDMI adapter.

Yes, with this technical solution, the original electronic instrument panel, kilometers and identifiers will be preserved. The range of individual data and indicators depends on the vehicle's equipment.
Do I have to order installation?
Nope. We can send the product to your address together with a set of necessary tools. Installation can normally be handled by a technically skilled home craftsman, and our technical support will help you in case of questions. If you do not dare to install it, you can order it as a separate service.
What warranty do I get?
