Compatibility
Is the Virtual Cockpit compatible with my car?
Compatibility is verified based on the vehicle’s brand, generation and specific model. The fastest way to check is by selecting your vehicle on the website, or you can contact us and we’ll advise you on the exact solution for your car.
What if I’m not sure about the correct model?
Simply send us the brand, model, year of manufacture and ideally a photo of the original instrument cluster or the VIN. We will verify the correct version and recommend the appropriate solution.
Will the original vehicle data remain preserved?
Yes. The mileage, VIN, onboard data and important system notifications of the vehicle are preserved.
Installation and delivery
How long does the installation take?
Installation at our premises typically takes up to 60 minutes for most models. It includes a full functionality check, guidance on how to use the system, and handover of a fully prepared solution.
Where is professional installation available?
Installation is carried out at our company’s premises in the village of Baka, Slovaia. Upon prior arrangement, we also offer individual on-site installation directly at the customer’s address. In selected cities, installation can also be arranged through our partners located closer to you.
Do you ship products outside of Slovakia?
Yes. Shipping is available worldwide. For most deliveries, we use the Packeta / Zásielkovňa carrier.
Order and support
When do you ship orders?
If the product you ordered is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. If the product is located in the central warehouse, dispatch typically takes up to 7 business days.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. We provide a two-year warranty on our products. Technical support during and after installation is included as standard.
Are additional updates possible?
Yes. For supported products, we can assist with additional updates and technical adjustments depending on the specific solution.
