(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
2. Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) govern the rights and obligations of the contractual parties arising from the purchase of goods or ordering of services through the Seller’s online store.
- Buyer means a consumer – a natural person who does not act within the scope of their business activity when concluding and performing the contract.
- Goods means any product offered for sale via the e-shop.
- Service means in particular installation, fitting, configuration or technical intervention carried out by the Seller.
- E-shop means the online store available on the Seller’s website.
3. Order and Conclusion of Contract
- The Buyer places an order for goods or services via the order form in the e-shop.
- By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these T&C.
- The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by email.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse or verify any order.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
- All prices stated in the e-shop are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
- The Buyer may pay the price by bank transfer or in cash upon personal collection, if available.
- A proof of purchase will be sent electronically or provided upon delivery.
5. Delivery Terms
- Goods may be delivered by courier, collected in person, or supplied together with an installation service.
- The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or by email.
- The Buyer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
- The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
- A reduction in value shall include in particular:
- installation of the goods into a vehicle,
- interference with software or configuration,
- coding or reprogramming,
- intervention by a third party,
- mechanical damage or wear.
- The amount of value reduction will be determined following a technical inspection of the returned goods.
- The Seller is entitled to unilaterally offset the reduction in value against the amount to be refunded to the Buyer.
- If, due to intervention or damage, the goods can no longer be safely resold, the reduction in value may be determined up to 100% of the purchase price.
7. Installation and Services
- If the order includes installation or another service, the Buyer expressly agrees to the commencement of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- The Buyer acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent of the service provided.
- The installation fee and related costs (travel, technician time) are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
- The Seller is not liable for any modifications to the vehicle or device carried out by the Buyer or a third party after installation.
8. Complaints and Liability for Defects
- The Seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- The Seller is not liable for defects caused by intervention by the Buyer or a third party, improper handling, coding or software modification.
- Complaint conditions are governed by a separate document, the Complaints Policy.
9. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body:

11. Final Provisions
- These T&C become valid and effective on the date of their publication.
- Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
